General questions

A break is a great way for an individual to target EXACTLY what team or player they’d like to get out of a given product without having to purchase a box or a case on their own.

Once a break listing has sold out entirely the product will be broken or unboxed. During this time period, I will be live streaming video on Facebook AND YouTube opening up the sold product for everyone to see. After the video, the product will then be sorted and shipped to you!

If there’s no scheduled time for the break then the break will take place after it has completely filled! Live video and replays can be found on our Facebook business page (www.facebook.com/undergroundcasebreaks)  and our YouTube page (www.youtube.com/undergroundcasebreaks)

Yes! Absolutely! The two most common breaking formats you’ll see: pick your team (PYT) and random team (RT) style breaks.

Each break listing will specify this for you! Please read the listings to make sure you understand. More than 90% of our breaks ship all cards but there are some exceptions.

Packages are constantly going out on a regular basis. Multiple times per week. Usually every other day. More or less based on volume. We have NO SET SHIPPING SCHEDULE. This allows for us to get you your packages shipped with minimal delays.

General questions

Any autograph, Relic, Patch, or any combination of those is generally considered a hit. Other cards such as low numbered parallels of high profile players and 1 of 1 cards are generally considered hits as well.

This is 100% subjective based on product. All hits mentioned above will be sleeved and toploaded. Outside of that, numbered parallels, key rookies, and anything else that appears to have value will be sleeved at minimum if not toploaded.

Multi-player hits will be randomized via random.org UNLESS 1 person owns 51% or more of the card. that means 2 out of 3, 3 out of 5, 4 out of 7 etc. The random will be ran with each subject getting 1 spot in the random. For example if there are two cubs players out of 5 subjects on the card the Cubs will get two entries into the random.

Multi-player base cards are divided up amongst all subjects equally. In the event there is only 1 in a given break a coin flip will be done to determine the winner of said card. This is typically done for cards of no significant value as all other valuable multi-player cards will be randomized following the guidelines above!

At Underground we use the PAID version of the random.org service. This way all results will be viewable for 30 days via a link which will be available for each random done. the MINIMUM dice roll for this service is ALWAYS 4!
